Pocket Haat - Return and Refund Policy

2. Reasons for Return

You can request a return if:

  • The product does not match the description provided on the website.

3. Exchange Policy

We provide exchange facilities subject to stock availability. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please notify us within the 3-day window. If the desired item is out of stock, we will offer a refund or store credit.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed.

  • Timeframe: Refunds are typically completed within 7–10 working days.

  • Method: The refund will be issued via the original payment method (Mobile Banking, Bank Transfer, etc.).

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return for hygiene and safety reasons, including:

  • Innerwear and swimwear.

  • Perishable goods.

  • Personal care products.

  • Items on "Final Clearance" or "Flash Sale" (unless damaged).

6. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (damaged or wrong item), Pocket Haat will cover the return shipping costs.

  • For change-of-mind returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
